BauWatch Italy is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive growth across construction, renewables and security sectors. You will acquire new customers, manage key relationships and present solutions to clients at events and visits.

Based in Lombardy, you will travel within the region and to Milan HQ, coordinating with marketing and product teams to expand our footprint while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and data-driven market insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience or relationships in construction, renewables, or security.
• Strong customer focus and proactive approach.
• Independent and able to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel within the region and to Milan HQ.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned region, including meetings and evaluations.
• Deliver company presentations to potential and existing clients at trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and nurturing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing needs and communicating new developments.
• Advise leadership on market opportunities, risks and adjustments to strategy.
