Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
• Identify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area.
• Deliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing needs and informing clients about BauWatch solutions.
• Advise leadership on market opportunities, risks, and adjustments to strategy.
