Job summary

BauWatch Italy is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive growth across Italy. You will identify opportunities, acquire customers, and build long-term partnerships through field-based activities and close collaboration with marketing and key account teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and willingness to travel within the region, with frequent visits to Milan HQ. An international, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and periodically to Milan HQ.
• Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
• Identify, develop and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area and perform technical evaluations.
• Deliver company presentations to potential and existing clients at trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing needs and handling complaints.
