BauWatch Italy is a fast-growing, international organization seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive growth in the Trentino Alto Adige region. You will identify new market opportunities, acquire customers, and build long-term relationships through hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in construction, renewables, or security industry.
• Strong customer focus and proactive mindset.
• Independent and autonomous work style.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and to Milan HQ.
• German language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on leads.
• Identify, develop, and nurture customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits within the geographic area.
• Deliver presentations to clients at trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan with opportunities.
• Collaborate with Italian and international teams to share best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and informing about BauWatch solutions.
• Advise leadership on market opportunities, risks, and strategy adjustments.
