Job summary

BauWatch Italy seeks a proactive Direct Sales professional to drive growth across Calabria. You will identify new opportunities, acquire customers, and build long-term partnerships while collaborating with marketing and key account teams.

Role requires 3–5 years in sales, proven industry relationships, customer focus, and willingness to travel within the region and to Milan HQ. A company car and health insurance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in related industries
• Experience or relationships in construction, renewables, or security sectors
• Strong customer focus with adaptability to client needs
• Independent and proactive with autonomous work style
• Willingness to travel within Calabria region and to Milan HQ

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads
• Identify, develop, and nurture customer relationships for long-term partnerships
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area
• Deliver company presentations at trade fairs and events
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing needs and inform clients about new BauWatch developments
• Advise management on market opportunities, risks, and potential adjustments to commercial strategy
