Job summary

BauWatch Group in Italy is seeking a proactive Direct Sales professional to drive growth, acquire new customers, and build lasting partnerships within the Italian market. You will conduct regular site visits, deliver presentations at events, and collaborate with marketing and key account teams to execute the commercial plan.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience or relationships within construction, renewables or security industries.
Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to client needs.
Independent, proactive and willing to travel within the region.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular site visits within the assigned region.
Deliver company presentations at trade fairs and client meetings.
Collaborate with marketing and key account teams to execute the commercial plan.
Provide market insights to leadership for strategy adjustments.
