Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking a Field Quality Assurance Specialist to drive process improvements and partner with Quality and Operations to ensure timely delivery of goods from facilities. The role focuses on identifying and delivering solutions for customer experience initiatives across the Amazon logistics network.

Responsibilities include auditing, data analysis, and collaboration with property managers and dispatchers to optimize routes and service levels.

Competenze

• Advanced proficiency in local language (CEFR C1) in writing and speaking.
• Experience with data analytics to identify problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
• Customer service skills for internal and external partners.
• Experience using a transportation management system.
• Parcel delivery experience with market/geographic knowledge.

• Effectively manage time and complete daily routes. Communicate with assigned dispatcher any problems or on-road concerns.
• Document feedback and audit results to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to drive improvements.
• Navigate using GPS on daily routes and track addresses with Geo Codes.
• Verify delivery instructions and update records as needed.
• Interact with property managers to relay delivery information and feedback.
• Address concerns with service levels and drive improvements to customer experience.
• Monitor vendor training compliance and recommend process improvements.
• Observe deliveries to identify barriers to first-time delivery success and propose solutions.
