Seakeeper is seeking a Factory Technical Representative to deliver hands-on installation, commissioning, training, and troubleshooting across EMEA. You’ll support OEMs and dealers, lead on-site installations, and run sea trials while feeding insights back to engineering.

The role requires travel up to 70%, fluent English and Italian, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset. Based in the Greater Liguria Region with occasional travel to Europe, this remote role offers autonomy and full product

Competenze

Degree from a college, technical institute, or equivalent hands-on work experience.
2-3 years in marine industry with engines, hydraulics, gyroscopes, or fins.
Positive, professional, customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency with PowerPoint or similar training tools.

Mansioni

Plan and execute service interventions start to finish, including parts, tools, logistics and travel.
Complete commissioning reports for gyro installations.
Own OEM integrations and installations from blueprint to sea trial.
Train partners to transfer knowledge to customers.
Troubleshoot via phone and email and provide fast support.
Lead hands-on installations for demos and training.
Run sea trials and document system performance.
Provide field feedback to engineering for improvements.
Maintain safety, quality and professional image on site.
Keep company vehicles road-ready and log monthly mileage.
Support Product Support and Aftermarket teams with inquiries.
Flag recurring issues to Field Engineering and assist with root-cause analysis.
