Field Engineer - Trento role at Hilti Italia

Engineering excellence, delivered in real time – start as a Field Engineer.

Overview

As a Field Engineer you will create opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision makers to deliver product/service sales within Hilti product portfolio and Engineering Services. This position is an important part of the business, shaping the construction industry from concept & design through to installation & maintenance.

What You'll do

• You will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products such as anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions.
• You will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs.
• You will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales.
• You will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products.
