Hilti Italia offers a structured six‑month BIM internship program within the Engineering team. You’ll contribute to real projects, learning through onboarding, buddy support, and field experience while collaborating with Project Management and Engineering colleagues.

The program includes monthly €900 reimbursement, €8 daily meal vouchers, and up to 50% smart working. Ideal for graduates in Civil/Building/Mechanical Engineering with AutoCAD (Revit a plus) and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Building/Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Fluent in English and Italian

Mansioni

• Support the technical office in delivering façade and installation drawings and detailed shop drawings for large projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office and the Engineering Department to ensure alignment and quality.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution in the following activities:

• you’ll be supporting the technical office in various activities, especially in delivering façade and installation systems drawings and detailed shop drawings for Large projects.
• you'll be involved in working in tight contacts with the entire Project Management Office and the Engineering Department.

What You’ll Bring

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering civil, building or mechanical
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Italian
