Hilti Italia invites graduates to join the Grow@Hilti Engineering Track, a two-and-a-half year program designed to fast-track leadership by placing you at the heart of our customer-focused business. You’ll rotate through Account Manager, Field Engineer, and regional PMO projects.

You will be coached and mentored, gaining hands-on experience and broadening your exposure across engineering and commercial teams in Italy.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Building) required.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Max 2 years professional experience.
• Flexible team player with strong communication and social skills.
• Willing to relocate within Italy.
• Holder of a driving licence.

Mansioni

• Participate in a two-year engineering track rotating through Account Manager, Hilti Store Representative, Field Engineer, and PMO roles.
• Develop customer-focused business understanding and project experience.
• Collaborate with sales teams, contractors, and designers to support projects.
• Complete regional strategic projects in Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO.

Grow@Hilti Program – Engineering Track

This is our development program with real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

Grow@Hilti program – Engineering track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and a half period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work.

• 18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll get hands‑on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business, our customers, products, services and software.
• 9 months as Field Engineer. You will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs.
• 3 months on a regional strategic project on Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO. This will give you an international perspective of our company.

What You'll Bring

• You hold a master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Building);
• You are fluent in English and in Italian;
• You have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment;
• You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others;
• You are mobile: ready to move to another Italian city and start your career;
• You hold a driving license (from at least 1 year).

Compensation Package

Permanent, full-time contract. National CCNL for the Commercial Sector, Level III. RAL 31,500 + 5,500 MBO.
