Job summary

Hilti Italia offers an engineering internship program designed for students and recent graduates. This six-month structured program lets you contribute to real projects, gain hands-on experience in the technical office, and collaborate with a global team.

You will work on façade and installation drawings, engage with the Engineering Department, and shadow Account Managers to learn how Hilti creates value for customers. A hybrid work setup is available in Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in Italian with good command of English for international collaboration.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical office in delivering façade and installation drawings and detailed shop drawings for projects.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to contribute to real projects during the internship.
• Shadow Account Managers to understand Hilti value creation for customers.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Engineering team.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution in the following activities:

• you’ll be supporting the technical office in various activities, especially in delivering façade and installation systems drawings and detailed shop drawings for big projects.
