DiaSorin is seeking a Diagnostics Specialist to deliver expert technical and application support across customer sites in Italy. You will manage installation, startup, and post-sales activities while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role involves field service with strict adherence to SOPs, IT and cybersecurity awareness, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales to support demos and product improvements.

Competenze

• Soft skills essential for customer-facing field service and teamwork.
• Technical background and strong IT literacy required for instrument support.
• Experience in after-sales/technical service is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide technical and application support to customers promptly and professionally.
• Lead installation, startup, and post-sales activities at customer sites.
• Maintain instruments, perform repairs, updates, and calibrations per SOPs.
