Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH seeks a regional applications engineer to support sales through technical guidance and on-site assistance in Lombardy East and Veneto West. You will handle controllers, HMIs, sensors, and motors, gathering requirements and defining specifications while delivering hands-on training and installation support.

The role requires degree in engineering or equivalent, strong English and Italian, and a willingness to travel for on-site activities.

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in technical mechatronics applications is a plus.

• Support regional sales activities through application engineering and technical guidance.
• Take responsibility for devices in automation area: controllers, HMIs, sensors and motors.
• Gather customer technical requirements, define specifications, and execute tasks.
• Apply analytical thinking to evaluate applications, select products, and prepare docs.
• Provide on-site customer support, including installation, software training, and programming.
• Support customers in Lombardia east and Veneto west regions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support regional sales activities through application engineering and technical guidance.
• Take responsibility forall devices in ourautomation area: controllers, HMIs, sensors and motors.
• Gather customer technical requirements, define specifications, and execute assigned project tasks.
• Apply analytical thinking to evaluate applications, select suitable products, and prepare technical documentation.
• Provide on‑site customer support, including installation setup, software training, and programming assistance.
• Supporting and developingall customers based in Lombardia east and Veneto west area

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Alternatively: a high school diploma plus 3+ years of experience in a technical field related to mechatronics applications.
• Strong analytical mindset, customer‑oriented communication, and willingness to support on‑site activities.
• Business fluency in Italian, strong English language skills are very preferred
