Job summary

Panasonic Industry Europe is seeking a skilled professional in Bussolengo, Italy, to support regional sales activities through application engineering and technical guidance. What You Will Be Doing

• Support regional sales activities through application engineering and technical guidance


• Take responsibility for all devices in our automation area: controllers, HMIs, sensors and motors


• Gather customer technical requirements, define specifications, and execute assigned project tasks


• Apply analytical thinking to evaluate applications, select suitable products, and prepare technical documentation


• Provide on‑site customer support, including installation setup, software training, and programming assistance


• Supporting and developing all customers based in Lombardia east and Veneto west area

What We Are Looking For

• Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering


• Alternatively: a high school diploma plus 3+ years of experience in a technical field related to mechatronics applications


• Strong analytical mindset, customer‑oriented communication, and willingness to support on‑site activities


• Business fluency in Italian, strong English language skills are very preferred
