Accent Group’s Stylerunner Sorrento is seeking a Store Manager who can lead a fashion-forward team on the floor, coach staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll partner with the Area Manager to grow the store, manage rosters, stock, and visual standards, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment that reflects the Stylerunner aesthetic.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• Make it Happen mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
