Stylerunner Sorrento is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front, coaching a high-performing team and driving results while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock, shrinkage, and visual merchandising, ensuring the store stays on-brand and inclusive.

You’ll work with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities, develop the team, and elevate performance.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• A “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster

About the Role:
