PRADA Outlet in Serravalle seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, client experience and store performance in a fast-paced luxury outlet environment.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach the team, manage stock and operations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines while building strong relationships with local and international Clients. Fluency in English is required; passion for luxury, fashion and customer service is essential.
