Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group in Milano seeks a WWPO Specialist to support the WWPO Coordinator and drive the operational development of LCO activities on reference markets.

Key duties include ensuring deadlines and quality in execution phases, coordinating all actors, creating and distributing press materials, managing product placement samples, and handling daily office requests. The role uses KPIs to monitor performance and supports institutional events and digital process improvements.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at level C1 or higher.
• Degree in Fashion Studies, Communications or related fields.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand communication strategy across reference markets and coherence of image.
• Coordinate all actors to meet deadlines and quality standards in execution phases.
• Create and distribute press materials and manage daily LCO requests.
• Manage product placement samples in line with the Samples Management Plan.
• Handle daily office requests (bookings, travel, transfers) to support partner relations.
• Use KPIs/metrics to identify success cases and areas for improvement.
• Support organization and implementation of institutional events with local agencies.
• Promote and develop the use of digital technologies for process management and stakeholder relations.
