Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Consumer Engagement Operations Specialist for a maternity cover. The role focuses on coordinating back-end OPS activities to implement actions in brand marketing plans while respecting deadlines.

You will provide operational and organizational support to the Customer Engagement department and ensure timely go-live of campaigns. You will plan preliminary activities, monitor progress, coordinate internal/external staff, and update plans with campaign contents,

Qualifications

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and back-end operations.
Ability to plan activities with owners and deadlines.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

Plans the preliminary activities necessary for the execution of actions in brand marketing plans with owners and deadlines.
Monitors progress to ensure plans are respected.
Coordinates internal and external staff for creation/production/delivery of materials for campaigns within agreed times.
Updates marketing plans with campaign contents and notifies contact persons in Customer Engagement Deployment markets and Retail MKTG contacts of involved countries.
Shares monthly communication focus contents with market contacts and Retail MKTG contacts.
Supervises collection of subscriptions to proposed marketing initiatives within deadlines.
Monitors the delivery status of digital communications and provides first-level support to market representatives.
