Job summary

Maxmarafashiongroup is seeking a WWPO Specialist to support the WWPO Coordinator in developing LCO activities across reference markets. You will ensure brand communication coherence and timely execution, coordinating multiple actors and managing daily requests.

You will also prepare press materials, oversee product placement samples, and drive digital tool adoption to streamline processes and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency at level C1 or higher.
• Strong passion for fashion.
• Degree in fashion studies, communication studies or related fields.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes care, in support of the WWPO Coordinator and Account, of activities in the target markets to ensure Brand communication strategy across markets.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards in execution phases by coordinating all actors to maintain brand image coherence.
• Creates and distributes press material and manages requests from LCOs daily.
• Manages Product Placement activities related to samples per the Samples Management Plan.
• Handles the office's operational requests daily (bookings, travel, transfers) to ensure partner relations.
• Uses KPIs and metrics to identify success cases and improvement areas.
• Supports organization and execution of institutional events, directly or via local agencies.
• Promotes and develops the use of digital technologies in processes and stakeholder relations.

In support of the WWPO Coordinator, the WWPO Specialist is responsible for the operational development of LCO activities on the reference markets.

Core responsibilities

1. Ensuring compliance with times and quality standards in the executive phases of the activities
2. Managing the requests that arrive from the LCOs and product placement activities on a daily basis

Detailed responsibilities

1. Takes care, in support of the WWPO Coordinator and Account, of activities in the target markets to ensure that the Brand communication strategy is guaranteed on all reference markets
2. Is responsible for ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards in the phases execution of the activities by coordinating all the actors involved to ensure the coherence of the image of the reference Brand(s)
3. Creates and distributes the press material and manages the requests received from the LCOs on a daily basis
4. Manages the Product Placement activities relating to the management of samples in accordance with the Samples Management Plan
5. Manages the office's operational requests on a daily basis (bookings, travel, transfers, etc.) in order to guarantee the relational standards that have been activated with the Group's Partners
6. Uses KPIs and metrics analysis and determines measurements in order to identify success cases and critical areas for improvement
7. Supports the organization and implementation of institutional events, directly or through the coordination of local agencies
8. Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
