Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking an WWPO Specialist to drive operational development of LCO activities across reference markets. You will ensure brand communication consistency, manage press materials, oversee product placement and daily office operations.

The role emphasizes KPI analysis, events support, and adoption of digital tools to streamline processes and stakeholder relations. English proficiency (C1) is required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Supports WWPO Coordinator and Account to guarantee brand communication across markets.
• Ensures deadlines and quality standards across activity phases by coordinating involved actors.
• Creates and distributes press materials and handles LCO requests daily.
• Manages product placement and sample handling per plan.
• Handles daily office operations (bookings, travel, transfers) to uphold partner relations.
• Uses KPIs and metrics to identify success and improvement areas.
• Supports organization of institutional events, with local agencies as needed.
• Promotes and develops use of digital technologies for process management and stakeholder relations.

In support of the WWPO Coordinator, the WWPO Specialist is responsible for the operational development of LCO activities on the reference markets.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
1) Ensuring compliance with times and quality standards in the executive phases of the activities
2) Managing the requests that arrive from the LCOs and product placement activities on a daily basis

Qualifications

1.01 Takes care, in support of the WWPO Coordinator and Account, of activities in the target markets to ensure that the Brand communication strategy is guaranteed on all reference markets
1.02 Is responsible for ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards in the phases execution of the activities by coordinating all the actors involved to ensure the coherence of the image of the reference Brand(s)
1.03 Creates and distributes the press material and manages the requests received from the LCOs on a daily basis
1.04 Manages the Product Placement activities relating to the management of samples in accordance with the Samples Management Plan
1.05 Manages the office's operational requests on a daily basis (bookings, travel, transfers, etc.) in order to guarantee the relational standards that have been activated with the Group's Partners
1.06 Uses KPIs and metrics analysis and determines measurements in order to identify success cases and critical areas for improvement
1.07 Supports the organization and implementation of institutional events, directly or through the coordination of local agencies
1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business

Additional Information

• English language proficiency at level C1or higher
• Strong Passion for Fashion
• Degree in Fashion Studies, Communication Studies or related fields
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus
