Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Consumer Engagement Operations Specialist for maternity cover to coordinate back-end OPS activities and support the Customer Engagement department in executing brand marketing plans.

This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate internal and external teams across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plans preliminary activities for execution and go-live of actions in brand marketing plans with owners and deadlines.
• Monitors progress to ensure plans are respected.
• Coordinates internal and external staff for creation/production/delivery of materials for campaigns within agreed times.
• Updates marketing plans with contents for campaigns and notifies relevant stakeholders.
• Shares monthly communication focus contents with market contacts and Retail Marketing contacts of involved countries.
• Supervises collection of subscriptions to marketing initiatives within deadlines.
• Monitors delivery status of digital communications and provides first-level support for market representatives.
