Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Process Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily factory performance, drive safe and efficient execution of the production plan and lead continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role partners with production teams and functions to eliminate losses, improve productivity and strengthen standards while developing a strong continuous improvement culture on the shop floor. Fluency in Italian and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering required.
• 5-10 years in manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
• Experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Performance: manage production, monitor KPIs, promote SHE and quality culture, identify losses and waste.
• Operational Excellence: drive structured problem solving and standardization of methods to improve productivity.
• People & Shopfloor Leadership: lead shift supervisors and teams on the shopfloor, coach and develop capabilities.
• Cross-functional Leadership: collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Safety, and other factory functions.
• Data & Digital: analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
