Job summary
Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Manager to support the Manufacturing Manager in driving daily factory performance while ensuring safe, efficient production and continuous improvement. You will work closely with production teams and cross-functional partners to reduce losses, improve productivity and strengthen standards.
The role offers exposure to global manufacturing operations, leadership development on the shopfloor, and opportunities to lead improvement
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, CI or Supply Chain in FMCG/high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong skills in manufacturing performance management, Lean / CI, root cause and loss analysis, data analysis and project management.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily production plan execution and monitor KPIs; identify improvements.
- Lead structured problem solving and CI activities with shop floor and tech teams.
- Strengthen manufacturing standards and develop continuous improvement culture on the shopfloor.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Safety to execute priorities.
- Use data and digital tools to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
