Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab in Caivano, Italy, is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Manager to drive day-to-day factory performance, ensuring safe, efficient production and strong continuous improvement.

You will partner with Production and cross-functional teams to reduce losses, optimize productivity and enforce manufacturing standards. Fluency in Italian and English is required; candidates with FMCG manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain.
• Strong skills in performance management, Lean, root cause and data analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Performance. Support the Manufacturing Manager in the daily execution of the production plan, monitoring performance and escalating risks or deviations.
• Operational Excellence. Drive structured problem solving and continuous improvement activities with production and technical teams.
• People & Shopfloor Leadership. Work closely with Shift Supervisors and shopfloor teams to strengthen daily performance management.
• Cross-functional Leadership. Work with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and others to execute priorities.
• Data & Digital. Use data and digital tools to identify trends and support fact-based decisions.
