Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an Engineering Specialist to manage and coordinate maintenance at the Mappano production facility and across Italy’s retail stores.

You will lead technical trials, coordinate suppliers and maintenance activities, and oversee parts purchasing, invoicing, and digital workflows. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience coordinating maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage technical trials for innovation projects and attend related meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance at the production facility and across stores.
• Manage spare parts, purchasing via Coupa and invoicing via CORA.
• SAP user responsibilities and account management; quality activity coordination.
• Plan, update and manage the maintenance plan; monitor CAPEX.
• Oversee digital tools and automated workflows (Forms, Power Automate, Lists).
• Security responsibilities as Local Security Officer; oversee store remodeling support.
