Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of the factory, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable execution of the production plan.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, rigorous safety and quality standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will drive manufacturing metrics, manage losses and waste reductions, and develop a strong continuous improvement culture on the shop floor, while leveraging data

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain.
• Strong skills in manufacturing performance management, Lean/CI, root cause and loss analysis, data analysis and digital tools.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing performance to execute the production plan.
