Hiab is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Minerbio site in Italy. You will lead manufacturing engineering strategy and drive the factory of the future by implementing best-in-class techniques, installing new equipment, and managing engineering changes to ensure on-time, cost-effective execution.

The role demands 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, expertise in FMEA/APQP/PPAP and Lean, experience with NPI and production ramp-up, and CAD/ERP proficiency.

Competenze

• Master degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Experience with NPI, design changes and production ramp-up.
• Knowledge of Factory 4.0 and volume manufacturing practices.
• CAD and ERP systems proficiency; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own manufacturing engineering strategy and factory of the future initiatives.
• Manage installation of new production equipment and tools.
• Implement engineering changes and continuous improvement plans.
• Oversee production methods, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Support plant maintenance, NPI and E2E value stream mapping.
