Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Facility Management, preferably in logistics/transport.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to organize maintenance activities and oversee works.
• Conduct audits to evaluate maintenance needs at the site.
• Coordinate maintenance with external suppliers and property owners in compliance with leases and law.
• Provide support during emergencies and coordinate with authorities and on-site staff.
• Manage relationships with service providers and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Assist in planning and implementing infrastructure improvement projects across sites.
