Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited in Milan is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Reception Intern to support the F&B team and guest services. The role focuses on welcoming guests, presenting menus, and maintaining high standards of service under the Restaurant Manager in a luxury setting.

You will assist with reservations, liaise across departments, and contribute to daily operations, with training and career development opportunities in a renowned luxury hotel group.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Additional foreign language literacy is a plus.

Mansioni

• Welcoming and seating guests according to MO standards.
• Presenting the menu correctly to each guest.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.
