Lavazza Group, based at the Nuvola HQ in Torino, is seeking an Experience Project Intern to join the Marketing Innovation & Experience Team. You will support the development and execution of innovation projects, contributing to product launches, services, and brand initiatives.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, innovation processes, and product development activities.

Competenze

• 6-month full-time internship
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about innovation and consumer-centric mindset

Mansioni

• Support development and execution of innovation projects focusing on Accessories portfolio
• Coordinate product development from concept to launch with cross-functional teams
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and product documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on specifications, timelines, and go-to-market activities
• Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and partners involved in project development
