Lavazza Group, based at the Nuvola HQ in Torino, is seeking an Experience Project Intern to join the Marketing Innovation & Experience Team. You will support the development and execution of innovation projects, contributing to product launches, services, and brand initiatives.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, innovation processes, and product development activities.

Hi

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for an Experience Project Intern within the Marketing Innovation & Experience Team at our HQ Nuvola in Torino.

As an intern, you'll support the team in developing and executing innovation projects and consumer experiences, contributing to the launch of new products, services, and brand initiatives. You'll work closely with several internal stakeholders and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, innovation processes, and product development activities.

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Support the development and execution of innovation projects, with a particular focus on the Accessories portfolio
• Support the product development process from concept to launch, coordinating activities across different functions
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to identify trends and innovation opportunities
• Support the preparation of business cases, project presentations, and product documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, timelines, and go-to-market activities
• Support the coordination of external agencies, suppliers, and partners involved in project development

Who We're Looking For

• You're available for a 6-month full-time internship, starting in September/October 2026
• You'll be fluent in Italian and English
• You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You're passionate about innovation and have a consumer-centric mindset
• You're proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in cross-functional environments
