Jobtailor in Milan seeks a skilled Education Program Coordinator to support faculty operations, optimize participant experience, and manage course materials and the e-learning platform. You will coordinate visits, seminars, and events while ensuring content quality and timely updates.

You will work with Marketing, Administration, and Logistics to deliver seamless program execution, leveraging strong English-Italian communication and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English.
• International exposure through study, work, or relevant experiences abroad.
• Strong digital mindset and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a people-oriented mindset.
• Proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong service orientation and customer-centric approach.

Mansioni

• Provide organizational support for Faculty, including course calendars, schedules, syllabi, and communications to participants.
• Deliver an outstanding participant experience throughout the Program.
• Manage teaching materials and the Program's e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates.
• Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars, and course-related events.
• Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration, and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery.
