Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in similar position.
• Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
• High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactive diary management for the Managing Director and scheduling across departments.
• Travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, producing presentations and collating reports.
• Minuting meetings and providing PA and administrative support as needed.
• Maintain positive communication with associates and managers and uphold Rosewood standards.
