Salesforce seeks a Strategic ESBP Director to serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders and cross-functional executives. You will shape organizational strategy, lead talent initiatives, and guide executive-level hiring and workforce planning across the ES4ES client group.

Your work will influence enterprise-wide people outcomes and embody trust, innovation, and inclusion. You will collaborate with global COEs, drive policy modernization for data and talent mobility, and coach senior

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience as an HR/ESBP or in strategic talent advisory roles.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives (VP+ level).
• Strong experience in leadership coaching and change management.
• Ability to connect people metrics with business outcomes.

• Advise senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and talent initiatives.
