Salesforce seeks a talented, self-directed technical leader to manage software engineers on the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations team in Napoli. You will partner with Finance and HR stakeholders to scale and enhance systems supporting HR and Finance processes.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across Workday/HCM and ERP integrations, manage a global team across time zones, and drive innovation, engineering excellence, and test automation.

Competenze

• 12+ years of software engineering and operations experience with leadership and delivery.
• Experience with HR systems (Hire to Retire, Talent Foundations, Payroll) or Finance processes.
• Experience with Workday and/or ERP integrations (MuleSoft, Workday Studio).

Mansioni

• Lead and manage software engineers within IT Application Engineering and Operations.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and HR to scale and enhance systems.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of tools and applications supporting HR and Finance.
• Manage global teams across multiple time zones and vendors.
• Promote innovation, engineering excellence, and test automation.
