You will set strategy, drive performance and mentor the Executive Committee, while maintaining the hotel’s distinctive sense of place and strong relationships with owners and clients

Qualifications

• We are seeking an accomplished General Manager with a strong luxury hotel background.
• Proven track record in driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction in luxury, upper-upscale or complex city hotels.
• Experience leading groups, meetings and events and managing F&B and leisure demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.
• Drive a sophisticated commercial strategy across rooms, groups, events, F&B and other revenue streams.
• Inspire and develop the Executive Committee and hotel team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, clients and stakeholders to protect value and brand integrity.
