Job summary

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy is seeking an Executive Chef for Borgo in Arbatax. Lead culinary vision for all dining outlets, elevate the resort's culinary identity, and ensure exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an Executive Chef in luxury settings, strong leadership, and a passion for local sustainable ingredients. Fluent English required; international experience is a plus. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Chef in luxury resorts, five-star hotels, or high-end restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Passion for authentic gastronomy and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the culinary strategy for Borgo dining outlets.
• Build a culinary identity reflecting the destination with international standards.
• Design and enhance menus, concepts, and guest dining experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen team with excellence and creativity.
• Ensure top food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
• Manage food and labor cost, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Develop signature events, seasonal offerings, and themes.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Support talent recruitment and succession planning.
