Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy is looking for a Commercial Director for their Arbatax Park Resort in Sardinia. This role requires a strong leadership personality who can drive the commercial strategy and optimize revenue streams. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within the hospitality sector.
You will lead a high-performing commercial team, oversee revenue management, and ensure the optimal guest experience while fostering strategic partnerships within the market. A competitive salary is offered, depending on relevant experience.
Competenze
- 8+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in hospitality.
- Proven success in 4- or 5-star hotels, resorts, or lifestyle destinations.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
Mansioni
- Drive the overall commercial strategy and long-term positioning of the resort.
- Lead revenue management, forecasting, and demand planning.
- Optimize all channels and drive direct bookings.
