Job summary

RX Global is seeking an Operations Specialist on a maternity leave replacement to manage floor planning, exhibitor placement, venue layouts, and on-site coordination for upcoming shows in Milan.

The role requires strong organizational skills, prior similar experience, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently in an international team; travel within Italy or abroad is possible.

Qualifications

• University degree or specialization required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for shows within the portfolio.
• Draft and validate event layouts with sales targets.
• Coordinate suppliers for setups and materials.
• Oversee exhibitors' stand projects and obtain authorisations.
• Ensure communication between exhibitors, sales, and marketing.
