The Social Hub is seeking an Meeting & Events Coordinator Intern for our Belfiore location. You will support commercial success and the operational delivery of events, from inquiry to guest departure, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates are university students in Hospitality/Tourism/Events or Business, fluent in Italian and English, with strong organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset for a fast-paced environment.

• Currently enrolled in university (Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or Business).
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Enjoy interacting with people and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Assist with enquiries, quotations and bookings for Meetings & Events via phone, email and third-party channels.
• Support development of customer accounts to grow meetings, accommodation, F&B and membership spaces.
• Identify commercial opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Prepare contracts, event orders, function sheets and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with Banqueting, Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Technical teams for smooth events.
• Be present during events to welcome clients and support the team.
