Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Trieste is looking for an Events Intern to join the Meetings and Events team and support planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events. You will assist in delivering seamless experiences for clients and guests while gaining hands-on exposure to event operations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in Italian and English.

Competenze

• A strong interest in the hospitality, events, and meetings industry.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English; another language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the Events team in coordinating groups and events from booking to execution.
• Assist in managing client relationships and sharing key information for smooth planning.
• Work alongside the team during site inspections, client meetings, and hotel operations.
