The role involves creating short video content, executive PPTs, One-Pagers, and scripts tailored for European retail channels to scale professional capabilities and drive sales.

The candidate will lead Train-the-Trainer programs, develop retail-focused modules, and manage digital platforms for store staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing PPT training decks
• Proficiency with short-video editing tools
• Ability to script and edit training videos
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact training content for devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables, etc).
• Lead regional Train-the-Trainer programs across European markets.
• Develop sales-focused training modules for premium smartphone conversions and cross-selling.
• Oversee training modules on store staff apps and monitor engagement metrics.
