Renrui HR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily management of a transit hub as part of its expansion into Europe. You will implement SOPs, supervise unloading, sorting and loading, and ensure high efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities include strategic hub planning, route design, vehicle scheduling, and capacity allocation based on daily volumes. Fluently use Italian and English with Mandarin being a plus to coordinate across stations and teams.

Competenze

• Associate degree or above in logistics management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in logistics, express delivery, warehousing, or 3PL.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with hub operations, transit, vehicle dispatch and time-definite delivery is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily transit hub operations, implement SOPs and control on-site unloading, sorting and loading.
• Lead hub and route planning, scheduling vehicle shifts and capacity allocation based on volumes.
• Monitor core quality metrics: loss, damage, on-time departures, delays, and labor efficiency.
• Coordinate sorting, capacity deployment, and real-time dispatch to connect trunk and branch lines.
