Blacklane is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to scale regional supply operations across Europe from Milan, with flexibility for Rome. You will design partnerships with professional chauffeurs, balance supply and demand, and drive profitability while overseeing cost efficiency.

You will lead a team, manage KPIs and margin performance, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to align commercial and operational priorities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of partnership management and relationship-driven business models.
• Highly analytical with ability to interpret supply and demand dynamics and translate data into action.
• Experience managing KPIs, margin performance, and operational roadmaps.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Skilled negotiator, able to structure win-win outcomes while protecting commercial performance.
• Comfort operating in uncertain and rapidly changing markets.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly through data storytelling.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Availability for regular travel across the region (~25–40%).

Mansioni

• Design and implement strategies for supply partnerships across designated area to ensure high-quality service at optimized cost.
• Negotiate and continuously improve supply costs, quality metrics and availability; translate KPIs into actions.
• Own and manage supply pricing and margin performance; balance supply and demand to meet profitability targets.
• Make informed operational decisions in response to market fluctuations, including pricing and capacity allocation.
• Maintain strong partner engagement and loyalty in supply-constrained markets.
• Represent chauffeur insights internally to inform strategy and product improvements.
• Help shape the global supply strategy and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Use data analysis and market insights to identify risks, improve forecasting, and support decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, BI, and Product to align priorities.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with supply and corporate partners.
• Present supply capabilities to external stakeholders and participate in partner discussions.
• Operate as a field-based leader with regular travel to strengthen partnerships and monitor markets.
• Grow and develop the team managing chauffeur supply in the region.
• Foster strong analytical and relationship management capabilities within the team.
• Enable clear data storytelling and performance ownership across markets.
