Huber AgroSolutions seeks a seasoned logistics leader to head end-to-end operations across EMEA and APAC. You will drive transport, warehousing and distribution efficiency, aligning KPIs with business priorities and fostering strong 3PL partnerships.

You will lead budget ownership and strategic initiatives, including network optimization and the implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years in logistics or supply chain management, preferably international.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems; OTM knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Proven leadership experience managing teams and external logistics partners.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end logistics operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring cost-efficient transport, warehousing and distribution.
Monitor KPIs, improve service levels, OTIF, lead times and operational efficiency.
Partner with CS, Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics with business priorities.
Own the logistics budget and identify opportunities to optimize transport networks and costs.
Build and manage relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners.
Lead strategic logistics projects including network optimization and OTM deployment.
Ensure compliance with transport, customs, and HSE regulations; manage risks and continuity.
