roadsurfer is seeking a Location Manager/Team Leader for our Roma site. You will lead the on-site team, set up day-to-day operations, and collaborate with central departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key duties include process optimization, vehicle return coordination, and close cooperation with international stations. You will recruit, onboard, plan tasks, and maintain fleet readiness while advising customers on products and services.

Competenze

• Successful completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar.
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
• Hands-on and effective communicator.
• Resilient problem solver and highly organized.
• You speak excellent English, and fluently in the country language.
• Driver's license Class B

Mansioni

• Location management: lead and establish the location on-site, coordinating with central departments.
• Process optimization: implement standards, coordinate vehicle returns, handovers and vehicle preparation.
• Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: maintain communication with international teams for improvements.
• Team leadership: onboarding, task planning and quality control for on-site team.
• Recruitment: build and grow your local team.
• Fleet management: overview of local vehicle fleet, documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, coordination with service partners.
• Customer consultation: advise customers on products, and settings, and guide them to become happy roadsurfers on European roads.
