You will drive business development, deliver profitable growth, and transform sales processes across the make-to-order model across Europe. The role reports to the Executive Vice President, builds a high-performance team, and collaborates with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Planning to ensure accurate pricing, supply, and credit management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering, economics, or business administration.
• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles within industrial manufacturing serving B2B customers.
• Experience transforming and optimizing sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the sales strategy for Europe, expanding the market and opportunities.
• Develop key accounts and strategic prospects to increase penetration and margins.
• Allocate volumes across customers considering margins and production capacity.
