Job summary

W Executive Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Director to define and execute the regional commercial strategy across the EMEA region. You will oversee existing business and new market development, leading key distributor and retailer relationships to drive sustainable growth.

The role reports to the General Manager EMEA, partnering with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Leadership to shape the commercial direction of the EMEA business.

Qualifications

• Extensive international sales leadership experience in the Beauty industry.
• Proven track record managing multi-country commercial orgs across the EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of drugstore, perfumery, and retail distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy.
• Lead and develop commercial activities across the region for sustainable growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Lead high-level commercial negotiations and establish regional framework agreements.
• Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring across the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to maximize brand visibility and execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
